SHANGLA: Two senior educationists from the Alpuri tehsil tragically lost their lives when their car plunged into a ravine in the Dehrai area of Shangla on Tuesday.
According to local police, the two government teachers were travelling to Puran for examination duty when the accident occurred. Sharifullah, a government school teacher, died at the scene, while Kifayatullah, a former sub-divisional officer and senior teacher, sustained critical injuries.
Tragically, Kifayatullah succumbed to his injuries while receiving treatment at the Shaheed Pir Muhammad Khan Hospital in Aloch, Puran.
Authorities reported that both bodies were later transported to their native town of Lilownai in Alpuri.
