KHYER: Two students of a Seminary died after a wall of the Madrasa collapsed in the Charsyanu Kaly area of Aka Khel in district Khyber here on Wednesday afternoon.
According to police Madrasa students were studying the holy Quran in the Seminary when the wall of it collapsed burying nine students underneath.
They said the local people rushed to the scene soon after the incident and recovered all the students from the debris, however, two of them were declared dead in the hospital.
The hospital sources told Pakhtun Digital that the condition of some students was critical and undergoing treatment as seven students were injured in the incident.
The names of the deceased students and injured could not be immediately ascertained.
