SHANGLA: Two women were killed and three other persons were injured when a mini jeep heading towards Asharo, a remote area of Lilownai plunged into a ravine here on Sunday evening.
Rescue 1122, spokesperson, Rasool Khan told Pakhtun Digital via Phone that the jeep was heading towards Asharo from Lilownai village carrying a family when it reached Kass Asharo it fell thousands of feet down into a ravine, resulting deaths of two women on the spot and including a woman, and child three others were injured.
The Rescue official said the preliminary reports suggested that the incident occurred after the jeep driver lost control over the steering and the road condition was also dilapidated.
