TANK: At least seven laborers were injured in an explosion that occurred inside a building under construction for Tank Rescue 1122. The incident took place in the Wazir Abad area of the Tank district.
According to police sources, the explosion seriously injured the seven laborers, who have since been transported to the DHQ Hospital in Tank. Most of the injured individuals are from the Paharpur tehsil of Dera Ismail Khan.
Deputy Commissioner Tanveer Khan Khattak promptly arrived at the hospital to assess the situation. Eyewitnesses reported that two motorcyclists placed an object inside the building before fleeing the scene, shortly before a loud explosion was heard. The sound of the explosion reverberated throughout the surrounding area.
