ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad police announced that the entry and exit routes of the Red Zone, including Serena, NADRA, Marriott, and Express Chowk, will be temporarily closed until further notice. In a statement, the ICT police said those going from Rawal Dam to Faizabad, Rawalpindi, should use the Kashmir Chowk Park Road or, Lehtarar Road Expressway.
From Ojhri Camp Loop, use the expressway Dhok Kala Khan Service Road. Those from Rawalpindi to Islamabad should use the Rawalpindi Double Road to the Srinagar Highway.
Those going from Kraal to Rawalpindi should use the Old Airport Rawal Road from Kraal or use the Dhok Kala Khan Service Road.
Those going from Islamabad to Rawalpindi should use the Srinagar Highway, New Double Road or the Srinagar Highway Peshawar Road. Citizens going to the Secretariat should use the Fazal Haq Road Express Chowk Trial Three, Margalla Road.
From Muzaffargarh Nihari, use INT Center to Ambassador Hotel, Seventh Avenue Suhrawardy or G6 Suhrawardy.
Similarly, Apara Melody Saddar Road can use Seventh Avenue. Those going to the Secretariat Red Zone should use Margalla Road and Foreign Diplomatic via Third Avenue Road. From Shaheed Millat Road GPO Chowk Melody Saddar G6 Seven, use Srinagar Highway. From Natal Begum Sarfraz Road GPO Chowk, use Seventh Avenue or Fazal Haq Road Janazah.
From Islamabad Chowk, Srinagar Highway, those going to Abpara Red Zone should use Faisal Avenue Margalla Road from Zero Point Loop. Those going to New Airport Peshawar Road from Islamabad, use Seventh Avenue Margalla Road, Iran Avenue. Those going to Expressway Lahore GT Road from Zero Point, use Srinagar Highway Ninth Avenue, Double Road, Rawal Road, Old Airport Road, Kral Chowk or Peshawar Road. Similarly, those going from Rawat T-Cross to Islamabad Express should use Lehtar, Park Road, Rawal Dam Road, Shakarparian Garden to Seventh Avenue.
Those going from New Airport to Murree should use Peshawar Road, Old Road, Kraal Chowk, Khanna Pul, Lehtar, Pak Road, Rawal Dam Chowk. Citizens going from Shashakparian to I-8 should use Seventh Avenue, Srinagar Highway Ninth M. Citizens going from I-8 to Faisal Avenue should use Ninth Avenue, Srinagar Highway.
