Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa KP, Faisal Karim Kundi, emphasized that climate change is a multifaceted crisis impacting the economy, public health, and biodiversity.
Speaking at an international conference organized by KNH, he called for immediate policy measures and highlighted the role of women and children in climate resilience.
The event showcased successful climate initiatives and included an art exhibition by students.
Kundi urged collaboration among institutions to promote environmental education, green energy, and forest conservation. Separately, at an International Women’s Day event, he praised educated women for driving societal progress and advocated for greater female participation in all sectors.
