The famous Japanese motorcycle manufacturer Yamaha has announced to stop manufacturing in Pakistan and said that they are grateful to all the riders who made Yamaha a part of their lives.

Yamaha Pakistan has informed the public through a notification that they are stopping the manufacturing of their products in Pakistan as a result of their policy.

In an official statement issued by Yamaha Motor Pakistan, the company said that we are grateful to all the riders who made Yamaha a part of their lives. After-sales services and spare parts will continue to be provided.

Yamaha started its journey in Pakistan in 1976, many models including the YB100 became popular among the public, while after the establishment of a direct factory in 2015, models like the YBR125, YBR125G and YB125Z attracted the youth and bikers.

Citizens remember Yamaha due to its quality and comfortable ride, bikers on social media say that Yamaha has always been the best option on long routes and difficult roads.

Consumers believe that the competitive atmosphere in the market has weakened with Yamaha’s departure and the question is whether after-sales services will be able to remain the same as before.

Various models of Yamaha motorcycles have been available in Pakistan. Among them, the prices of different variants of the Yamaha YB 125 ranged from 424,000 to 485,000.
