Pakistan Railways launches special Eid Trains, connecting families for Eid celebrations

Pakistan Railways has announced the operation of five special trains for Eid-ul-Adha to facilitate passengers traveling during the holidays. The decision was made on the directives of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and was announced by Railways Minister Hanif Abbasi.

The first special train will depart from Karachi to Lahore on June 2 at 1:00 PM. The second train will run from Quetta to Peshawar on June 3 at 10:00 AM. On the same day, the third train will leave Lahore for Karachi, while the fourth will depart from Karachi to Rawalpindi during the night. The fifth and final special train will operate from Karachi to Lahore on June 4 at 8:00 PM.

A railway spokesperson stated that these special trains aim to provide comfortable and timely travel facilities to passengers during the festive season.
