Gold prices in Pakistan soared to an all-time high on Tuesday, with the price per tola rising by Rs2,550 to reach Rs317,350.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), 10-gram gold also increased by Rs2,186, settling at Rs272,076.
This follows Monday’s record-breaking rise of Rs1,100 per tola.
Globally, gold prices climbed by 25to3,022 per ounce, including a 20 premium.

Analysts attribute the surge to political,including the US strikeon Yemen, and ongoing economic uncertainty.
