PESHAWAR: Workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) in Peshawar have announced a strong protest against the party’s central leadership for not awarding a Senate ticket to Irfan Saleem.
The workers held a meeting in Peshawar and expressed serious concerns over the decision. They declared that they would not back down and would soon announce their future strategy in a press conference.
They stated that ignoring Irfan Saleem’s political services and hard work was unfair and vowed to resist the decision. The workers emphasized that this move reflects the sentiments of PTI voters and pledged to raise their voice strongly.
A formal press conference will be held today to address the issue further.
