He issued illegal salaries of Rs 39.7 million 250 to other employees without approval.
The report further revealed that the CT scan contract was illegally awarded to Laiba International Peshawar, as a result of which the government had to pay an unnecessary subsidy of Rs 83.9 million 5,420.

Similarly, the contract for the supply of medical gas was also awarded in a non-transparent manner for Rs 66.0 million 7,194, as a result of which dry gas was provided to patients without protective equipment, which has been declared a very dangerous practice.
The report mentions other irregularities in which Rs 15.5 million 8,330 was embezzled from laboratory and X-ray revenues.
Along with this, Rs 68 lakh was unnecessarily spent in the purchase of OTC medicines. A loss of Rs 5 crore was also incurred in the matter of the hospital’s solar system.
