Pakistan to send skilled nurses to Malaysia

ISLAMABAD: The Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC) plans to send professionally trained female nursing staff to Malaysia, state-run media APP reported on Saturday.

To be eligible, nurses must meet certain qualifications and have at least five years of experience. The selection process will be based on job requirements, which include positions in coronary care, medical/surgical, ICU, paediatric ICU, neonatal ICU, and cardiac units.

The official listed the eligibility criteria: a general nursing diploma with a post-basic specialization, over five years of ICU experience, and an age not exceeding 45 years.

The deadline to apply is April 11, 2025.

Candidates must bring several documents to the interview: an updated resume, colored photographs, general education and nursing training certificates, academic transcripts, registration certificate, current practicing license, birth certificate, international passport (if available), marriage certificate, recent employer testimonial (if available), three-month pay slips (if available), and a bank challan of Rs500.
