ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s motorcycle market has recorded impressive growth, with sales jumping 33.15% in the first nine months of the current fiscal year (July 2024-March 2025) compared to the same period last year.
Industry data reveals that domestic production reached 1.21 million units, up from 908,698 units last year – an increase of 301,302 motorcycles. Atlas Honda led the market with sales climbing to 1.03 million units from 819,752 units previously.
Other brands showed mixed performance:
- United Auto nearly doubled sales to 118,885 units
- Road Prince grew to 17,835 units
- Yamaha and Suzuki saw declines to 4,558 and 13,610 units respectively
This sales boom reflects growing demand for affordable transportation amid economic challenges.
