Rwanda’s FM arrives in Pakistan on four-day official visit

ISLAMABAD: Rwanda’s Foreign Minister Ambassador Olivier J P Nduhungirehehas arrived in Islamabad on a four-day official visit.

During his stay, he will meet with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Senate Chairman Yusuf Raza Gilani, and Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar.

He will also officially inaugurate the High Commission of the Republic of Rwanda in Islamabad and engage with Pakistan’s business community to explore economic cooperation opportunities. ​

Meanwhile, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, is scheduled to arrive in Pakistan today for a two-day official visit.

His agenda includes meetings with Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to discuss enhancing bilateral cooperation in trade, investment, energy, regional security, and people-to-people connections. ​

These high-level visits highlight Pakistan’s commitment to strengthening diplomatic and economic ties with both Rwanda and the United Arab Emirates.
