BAJAUR:The Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Bajaur, Shahid Ali, has issued multiple orders under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (CrPC) to ensure public safety and order during the Eid-ul-Adha celebrations.
A comprehensive ban has been placed on the use and display of all types of weapons, including aerial firing. Authorities have also prohibited the use of toy guns and firecrackers. Violators of these weapon and firecracker bans will face legal action.
Further safety measures include a ban on fishing, swimming, and unorganized or overloaded boating activities at Raghagan Dam during the Eid period.
In a separate order, the public has been strictly instructed not to give the skins of sacrificial animals to any banned organizations. Action will also be taken against those violating this directive under Section 144.

Additionally, the DC has warned the public, especially motorcyclists, against dangerous practices like one-wheeling and speeding on Eid. He emphasized the mandatory use of helmets, stating that failure to comply could result in jail time
These restrictions aim to prevent accidents, maintain peace, and ensure a safe environment for the community during the festive occasion.
