JANDOLA / MIRANSHAH: Authorities have imposed a strict curfew in Jandola subdivision, South Waziristan Upper, and North Waziristan on Saturday, July 19, 2025, citing security concerns.
The curfew will be enforced from 6 AM to 7 PM in Jandola and South Waziristan Upper, while North Waziristan will observe it from 5 AM to 7 PM. All movement, including market activities, will be prohibited during this period. Key affected routes include Jandola Bazaar, Tawda China-Makin, Azizabad Chowk, and Sarvikai-Mula Khan Sarai.
Emergency travel will only be permitted with police approval upon showing valid identification. Residents are advised to avoid non-essential travel and comply with security forces’ instructions.
The district administration has urged public cooperation, warning that movement restrictions from sunset to sunrise will continue until further notice.
