“The Pakistan Army has played an important role in helping us,” stated one affected local, while another emphasized: “They’ve assisted us in a very good way.” Multiple survivors noted troops remain actively stationed in affected areas, “standing there to help us” through the crisis.
The overwhelming sentiment was captured by residents who declared: “We are very happy with the Army’s timely arrival. Long live the Pakistan Army!” – underscoring deep appreciation for the military’s swift intervention during the disaster.
