Governor KP visits CMH Peshawar to inquire about injured Security Personnel

PESHAWAR : Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Faisal Karim Kundi, visited the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Peshawar on Wednesday to inquire about the health of security personnel injured in the recent terrorist attack in North Waziristan, carried out by militants associated with the outlawed group known as Khawarij.

During his visit, the Governor met each injured soldier individually, expressing his heartfelt sympathies and extending best wishes for their swift recovery. He praised their bravery and unwavering commitment to the nation, calling their sacrifices a symbol of courage and resilience.

Governor Kundi boosted the morale of the wounded servicemen, acknowledging their dedication in the ongoing war against terrorism. He reiterated his deep respect for the steadfast resolve of Pakistan’s security forces and said the nation stands united in appreciation of their sacrifices.

“We salute the strong commitment of our security forces in the fight against terrorism,” the Governor said while speaking to hospital staff and officers during the visit. He also assured that the government remains committed to supporting the families of those who serve and emphasized the importance of continued national solidarity in defeating extremism.
