KARACHI: All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association on Monday said that the per tola cost of 24-karat gold increased by Rs. 7,800 and was sold at Rs. 350,000 as compared to its sale at Rs. 342,200 on the last day.
Likewise, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs. 6,687 and was sold at Rs. 300,068 against the sale price of Rs. 293,381, and 10 grams of 22-karat gold also increased to Rs. 275,072 from Rs. 268,942.
The price of per tola and ten gram silver increased to Rs. 3,425 and Rs. 2,936, respectively.
The Association reported that in the international market, the price of gold also increased by $76 to $3,316 from $3,240, while silver rose by $0.43 to $32.43.
